Got a bad sinus infection?
When I was pregnant I had a really bad sinus infection which lasted a few weeks.
I weighed my options between going on antibiotics which might resolve the sinusitis but would also likely lead to a yeast infection, versus taking vitamins and praying it would clear up on its own.
My friend happened to mention trying a saline nasal spray which had worked for her.
I actually had Arm & Hammer Simply Saline Nasal Mist in the house from when my son had his aodenoids removed.
I figured it was worth a try.
Following the directions on the can, I sprayed 1 spray in each nostril while tilting my head to the side.
I inhaled as I depressed the stream. A lot of it dripped out right after, but I could feel my nasal passages clearing pretty quickly.
That night I slept well for the first time in a long time, finally being able to breath through my nasal passages. It was truly amazing!
I continued using it once or twice a day, and by day 3 I really felt much better.
I continue to use it every time I am congested and it really helps!
I now recommend it to anyone suffering from Sinusitis.
I hope it helps you as well as it helped me!
